Executing The Capital Commercial Schema came with several challenges, primarily due to the high-rise structure and complex construction requirements. From working at significant heights to ensuring precision in slab finishing, our team overcame various obstacles to deliver a high-quality commercial space.

High-Altitude Construction (54' ft & 120' ft Slabs) – Ensuring worker safety and material transportation at elevated levels.
Precision in Slab Finishing – Maintaining even surfaces and preventing structural defects.
Basement Construction – Addressing soil stability and water seepage issues in the 3rd Basement.
Lock and Key Execution – Coordinating multiple phases for timely project completion.
Logistics & Site Management – Managing space constraints and material flow on the Ground Floor & 17th Floor.

Solution

To overcome these challenges, we adopted advanced safety protocols for high-altitude work, utilized high-quality materials and precision techniques for slab finishing, and implemented effective waterproofing solutions in the basement.
